How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to request deletion of your PAVO account and related data.
Open the PAVO App
Launch the PAVO app on your device
Access Settings
Tap the "Settings" or "Profile" icon in the app
Select "Account Management"
Choose "Account Management" or "Account Settings" from the settings menu
Tap "Delete Account"
Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the account management screen
Confirm Deletion
Review the confirmation dialog and tap "Delete" to proceed
⚠️ Important Notes
- You will not be able to log in with the same account after deletion
- Deleted data cannot be recovered
- Account deletion may take up to 30 days to complete
Data Deletion and Retention
When you request account deletion, the following data will be processed:

| App usage statistics (anonymized) | Retained | 90 days (then automatically deleted) |
| Transaction history and payment information | Retained | Up to 7 years (legal requirement) |
| Backup data | Deleted | Fully deleted within 30 days |
Immediately Deleted Data
The following data will be deleted immediately when your account deletion request is approved:
- All personally identifiable profile information
- Location history and navigation history
- Favorites and saved places
- AI personalization settings
- Cached data stored on devices
Data Retained for a Period
The following data will be retained for a certain period due to legal obligations or security reasons:
- Anonymized usage statistics: Retained for 90 days for service improvement, then automatically deleted
- Transaction history: Retained for up to 7 years based on tax and accounting laws
- Backup data: Fully deleted from system backups within 30 days
